'Nooran' charcoal Varanasi silk brocade quilted jacket is woven with ‘Ashrafi’ motifs filled with a chevron pattern, also known as ‘Rudraksha’ in parts of South India. These round dots have remained eternal in textile history - from the butis in the saris of Raja Ravi Varma's paintings to modern renditions of polka dots. The jacket features a concealed front button placket, side pockets and a bold red lining.
