Currently we offer express delivery service but please be aware of unavoidable delays due to the Covid-19 situation that may affect the delivery of your order.

For Saris, Odhanis, Stoles & Objects
Domestic: Delivery in 6-8 business days.
International: Delivery in 10-12 business days.
For Blouses & Shirts, Kurtas, Dresses, Lehengas & Jackets
Domestic: Delivery in 2-3 weeks.
International: Delivery in 3-4 weeks.
Note: Standard Delivery timelines are not applicable during Sale, Promotions, Virtual Pop-ups, etc.
Domestic Orders: Free for orders above INR 30,000.
International Orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Custom Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our own warehouse in New Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent's website by entering your assigned order tracking number.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfillment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.
For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express).
RAW MANGO DIGITAL GIFT CARDS (Terms & Conditions)
Not refundable or redeemable in cash/ credit.
Cannot be replaced if the Gift Card code is lost/ deleted by the receiver.
Redeemable only on shop.rawmango.com, the Gift Card cannot be used at the Raw Mango company stores in India or at other retailer stores/ websites.
Can only be redeemed multiple times until the Gift Card value has exhausted.
If the merchandise value is higher than the Gift Card value, the difference in amount is payable by the redeemer to Raw Mango during check-out.
In cases where the merchandise redeemed is of value lower than the Gift Card value, the balance remains in the Gift Card and can be redeemed later.
Raw Mango reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed during sales, promotions, offers and discounts.
