MASHRU EDIT

Raw Mango presented its first Mashru collection in 2015. The textile has been at the cornerstone of the brand - loved and recognized for its possibilities, sumptuous tactility and otherworldly lustre.

Our endeavors to explore and innovate on textile can be seen by our development of Mashru, which for us involved one of the largest interventions and product diversifications that could not have been possible without the contribution of our weavers, in particular, Farooq Ahmed, with whom Sanjay Garg reimagined this fabric. Through this process, the textile and weave from Varanasi has retained tradition and also opened up a new dimension with raw materials, colours and patterns.
