'Sudha' kurta is paired with 'Kishavi' bias style sharara, which is fitted from the waist till the knee, followed by a flared bottom that is punctuated with zardozi embroidery. The set is made in red Varanasi silk brocade, drawn from our archival textiles, that radiates a soft lustre. Its floral design is woven with zari in the negative/empty spaces to give the garment a smooth finish and also to avoid float (irregular threads) on the reversible size of the textile.

Natural variations in colours and weave are part of the textile.
